We want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all SodaStream sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our website. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety regulations and can only be exchanged through our authorized gas refill program.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack Your Items
Place the sparkling water maker and any accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
